These terms govern access to and use of EarlFlow, including the website, application, and related services. By using EarlFlow, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Service scope

EarlFlow provides ecommerce analytics, cost control workflows, and operational recommendations. The platform may import read-only performance and commerce data from connected services (for example ad and ecommerce providers) to generate reporting and insights.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for account security and authorized user activity.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.
• You must ensure your users comply with these terms and applicable law.
• You may not use EarlFlow for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Integrations and customer data

• You authorize EarlFlow to access data from integrations you connect.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share that data with EarlFlow.
• You remain responsible for complying with third-party platform terms and your own customer obligations.

Commercial terms

Paid plans, billing cadence, and service limits are defined in your order form or pricing agreement. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew until canceled.

Acceptable use restrictions

• Do not attempt to interfere with service reliability, security, or other tenant data.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not reverse engineer or misuse the service beyond applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

EarlFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Analytics and recommendations are informational and are not legal, tax, or accounting advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarlFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms, security risk, legal requirement, or non-payment under a commercial agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the website, application, or direct communication where appropriate.
